13300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 13300 platform. Continued use of the platform signifies your agreement to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the website and services provided by 13300 ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all related policies and guidelines that may be published from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
This Platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 13300 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not comply.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 13300's services, you will need to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
- You must provide valid and accurate identification details during registration. 13300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 13300 support team immediately through the available support channels.
- 13300 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 13300 Platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules and are fully responsible for all actions carried out through your account.
You strictly prohibited from:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or illegal purpose in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform.
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information to other users or to 13300.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party without prior written consent from 13300.
- Launching any cyberattacks, viruses, or malicious code that may disrupt or compromise the Platform's operations.
- Using the Platform on behalf of another person without their authorisation, or impersonating another user.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 13300 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid before confirming any transaction.
- Deposit: Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the Platform, including FPX, Local Bank Transfer, and Touch 'n Go. All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed after processing.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 13300 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.
- Transaction Limits: 13300 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity within the specified period may be subject to maintenance charges or automatic closure. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be handled in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings or income earned through the Platform, in accordance with Malaysian tax laws.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, 13300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, unauthorised access to your account, or changes to betting regulations.
The Platform is provided "as is" and 13300 makes no warranties regarding the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any information available on it.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other elements on the Platform are the exclusive property of 13300 or its respective licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 13300.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 13300 has no control over the content or privacy practices of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from your interactions with them. Use of any third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policies, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
13300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a policy violation will not be refunded.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Such requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to Terms
13300 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, along with the latest effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through goodwill negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
